🧭 Who Are We

The Integration Team is part of the Digital Transformation Department (DTD), within the Information Systems Division (ISD).
More precisely, we belong to Gerflor's Business Solution Factory service inside our Information System Department that report to the DTD, where we focus on enabling seamless data and application integration across the enterprise.
Our mission is to support digital transformation by building robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that serve business needs.

🧩 Architecture

The first phase of every project is to define its Architecture : to help doing so, we have chosen to use Drawio as a Canva to design flows and get an overview. Following the C4 Model, we will drill down from context to containers to components and finally to code.

🏗️ Integration

Once the Architecture is settled, we setup our Azure DevOps project (implementation tool for our methodology) to help our Continuous Integration / Continuous Development process. Our aim is to collaborate and implement through development guidelines and templates, we prefer focus on building through shared experience, to increase team cohesion and harmonize our platform.
